A Pandemic took hold. Life, the world over, came to a halt. We quarantined and covered our faces. We thought that was tough. Then a man was killed. Our city burned. Businesses boarded up. People took to the streets the world over to protest and pray.
Here we are.
In our little corner of the world, PJs has tried to hold fast to who we are and what we do. Remaining faithful to our mission and values keeps us steady and focused as we discern what is ours to do as a neighborhood bake shop in these weary and wondering times.
We bake bread and make donuts and decorate cookies and cakes to feed our neighborhood and larger Twin Cities.
