French Onion Galette

Introducing our French Onion Galette!

We layer our caramelized onions with sherry, thyme and black pepper atop puff pastry, and topped with swiss and parmesan cheese, and finished with a parsley lemon gremalata. 

When we rebranded in 2021, LBM introduced our French-forward brand with the Galette des Rois. As we bring Northeast Minneapolis our happy hour menu, we launch with a savory version of the galette.
